These Terms of Service apply to your use of the VLK Bookkeeping LLC website at https://vlkbookkeeping.com and to the bookkeeping services provided by VLK Bookkeeping LLC. By using this website or engaging VLK Bookkeeping LLC for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage my services.

VLK Bookkeeping LLC is a virtual bookkeeping business owned and operated by Valerie Kennedy. I provide bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and related services to small business owners across the United States.

VLK Bookkeeping LLC offers the following services, subject to a separate service agreement between you and VLK Bookkeeping LLC:
Bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up
Ongoing monthly bookkeeping
QuickBooks setup and optimization
Monthly financial reporting
The scope, pricing, and schedule of services will be defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and your general relationship with VLK Bookkeeping LLC. They do not replace your service agreement.
3. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
VLK Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping services only. Nothing on this website or in any communication from VLK Bookkeeping LLC constitutes financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice.
